Nicole M. Rodriguez, Esq.
Ms. Rodriguez is a practicing attorney licensed in the State of New York. She obtained her B.A. from Brown University and earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. She worked for the City Bar Justice Center, New York City Bar Association for five years assisting clients with Uncontested Divorces and Family Law issues. In addition, she has served as a volunteer attorney for Harlem Legal Services’ Uncontested Divorce Clinic and is a member of the Bar Association’s Committee on Children and the Law. She is a founding partner of the New Start Project.
Anna Montbach
Ms. Montbach obtained her B.A. from Marymount Manhattan College and holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice where she graduated summa cum laude. She worked as a paralegal at the City Bar Justice Center, New York City Bar Association for over 3 years assisting clients with uncontested divorces and family law issues. She has acted as a liaison with the Supreme Courts allowing for a strong connection with the clerks to ensure standards. Ms. Montbach has assisted clients with hundreds of uncontested divorces, child support and custody matters. She is a founding partner of the New Start Project.
